Short skirts risk rape comment [PHOTO/VIDEO] by Tory MP, London: Tory MP, Richard Graham, has come under fire for saying that
women are putting themselves at risk of rape by wearing short skirts and
high heels.
Graham's insensitivie remarks have sparked
